The content and materials in this course were developed by Prof. Raj Ragunathan of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his partners at the Happyness Academy. They combine the knowledge and latest discoveries of various scientific fields, including psychology, neuroscience and behavioral decision theory, to offer a tried and tested recipe for living a life full of meaning and happiness.
Methodology: We at Happyness Academy believe that it is best to learn when participants have fun. Therefore, the courses are built less on lectures and more on activities that involve interactivity and lead to awareness (getting to know yourself and others). Topics include exercises to build the habits of the "happiest", discussions and self-assessment scales.
