The intervention uses symbol work and a specific process to make it easier for people in the team to visualize the unresolved aspects of their work, and to deal with clearly stated tasks and goals.
Symbols are used as an additional means of expression in order to interpret team themes such as: awareness, communication, relaxation, co-construction, efficiency, empowerment, task completion, etc.
Objectives:
- Facilitating work in team conflicts; ambiguity of team roles; problems in team communication, motivation or work organization. At the end of the game, a better understanding is achieved about opportunities to improve cooperation between teams in the department or organization;
- Finding solution on specific issues / tasks at work, such as creating a new product, generating new ideas, planning the work, etc.
