This intervention is designed to help business people who are in conflict or who are having difficulty communicating with each other through a process of constructive negotiation to find a common solution to their problem/conflict. In a structured 4-step process, symbols are used to find a solution to a conflict situation. The interests of both parties are treated fairly as the facilitator does not evaluate any of the situations, statements, interests of the clients as "right" or "wrong".
Objectives:
- conflict management through a structured negotiation process;
- improving the effectiveness of communication and reaching an agreement between the two parties to the conflict.
