In this training you will explore how mindfulness and character strengths practices can enhance your everyday routines to create more meaningful experiences, deeper connections with others and improved productivity.
Participants will learn how to actively bring forth the best parts of themselves to become happier, more engaged with life and better prepared to handle stress and challenges.
This training is offered only online and is led by Prof. Ryan Niemiec, head of the VIA Institute on Character.
