The science of mindfulness helps us to strengthen our self-awareness, self-control and productivity thus improving our leadership skills. Mindful leaders manage their emotions and actions better, which allows them to build stable trust within the team and to engage people more successfully.
This training includes a mindfulness program and engagement techniques to keep both our own equanimity and the calmness of the people in the team and to improve the interaction processes within the company.
