What is mindfulness? Generally, it is the ability to be aware in the present moment. The ability to focus while keeping our flexibility for subsequent decision and action helps us to live and think healthier and not overreact or to be overwhelmed by stressful events. In this training, we learn how to use mindfulness to keep our balance and be resilient during difficult times when we are pressed by tight deadlines or other work challenges.
